You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and limitations. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed on our pricing page.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy (within 14 days of purchase).
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The platform facilitates project management between freelancers and clients:

6. Invoices and Payments

Our platform provides invoicing and payment tracking features:

  • Freelancers can create and send invoices to clients through the platform.
  • Clients can upload transaction details and payment proofs.
  • The platform does not process payments directly - all financial transactions occur outside the platform.
  • We are not responsible for payment disputes between freelancers and clients.
  • Invoice deletion requires client approval to maintain transparency.

7. Penalties and Disputes

The platform includes a penalty system for overdue projects:

  • • Clients may request penalties for overdue projects through the platform
  • • Penalty requests are subject to freelancer review and approval
  • • The platform facilitates penalty tracking but does not enforce payment
  • • All penalty disputes should be resolved between freelancer and client
  • • We recommend referring to your contract terms for penalty clauses

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the platform.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You are responsible for backing up your important data.

We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. White Label and Branding

Premium plan users can customize their client portal with custom branding:

  • You may upload your logo and set custom brand colors.
  • White label mode removes Lumina Portal branding from client portals.
  • You must have legal rights to use any logos or branding materials uploaded.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates intellectual property rights.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

  • • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • • Scrape or copy content without permission
  • • Impersonate other users or entities
  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  • • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • • We are not liable for any loss of data or business interruption
  • • We are not responsible for disputes between freelancers and clients
  • • We do not guarantee the quality of work delivered through the platform
  • • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

You may:

  • • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • • Export your data before termination
  • • Request account deletion

We may:

  • • Suspend accounts for terms violations
  • • Terminate service with notice
  • • Delete inactive accounts after 12 months

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
